RETURN POLICY

We do not offer returns or refunds for our promotional products unless these goods are faulty, have factory

defects or have been manufactured with the wrong specification.

Should you find that your products are faulty or have been supplied with the wrong color or specifications,

be sure to let us know in writing within 5 working days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

• If you are unsatisfied with the material of the goods, but the order matches your specifications

      and has been approved by you

• If you do not like the print result, although it corresponds to the print preview

• If you do not like the size, the color or the positioning of the print

• If you do not like the product you have ordered due to personal reasons

If you would like to cancel your order, we suggest you do so as quickly as possible.

We are only able to cancel your order and offer a refund if production hasn't started yet (for branded items)

or if your order hasn't already been sent out (for non-branded items).
