WARRANTY POLICY

Medicine Hat Sign Works warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions upon shipment or installation, subject to the exclusions and limitations outlined below.

 

General Warranty Coverage

Medicine Hat Sign Works products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty, excluding electrical components, electrical systems, lamps, and neon glass.

 

LED Lighting

We provide a one (1) year limited warranty on all LED lighting, commencing from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in materials under normal operating conditions.

 

Lamps

Lamps are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty, effective from the date of installation or shipment, whichever occurs first.

 

Power Supplies

Power supplies are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty from the date of installation. This warranty applies to defects in materials under normal use and operating conditions. Please note that the specified operating temperature range for power supplies is –30°C to +60°C.

 

Neon Glass

Neon glass is warranted to be in working condition at the time of pickup or installation. Due to factors beyond the control of Medicine Hat Sign Works, no warranty is provided beyond this point.

 

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies exclusively to the replacement of defective materials and does not include labour, travel, or any other associated costs incurred in the replacement or repair process.

Medicine Hat Sign Works shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence. This warranty does not apply to such damage under any circumstances.

 

Disclaimer of Additional Warranties

Medicine Hat Sign Works expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

No oral or written statement, representation, or agreement shall extend or modify this limited warranty beyond what is expressly stated herein.

 

Remedies

Provided that proper warranty procedures are followed, Medicine Hat Sign Works will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products within the applicable warranty period at no charge for materials.

Repair or replacement of defective products constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Medicine Hat Sign Works shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects or non-conformance with this warranty. In any event, the maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

 

Shipping and Returns

Medicine Hat Sign Works is not responsible for damage incurred during transit. Responsibility for shipping damage lies with the carrier, and all claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.

No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from Medicine Hat Sign Works.
